this book was just plain aewsome,Nilan pulls no punches(no pun intended) he's honest with everything he talks about, from his fame, to addiction, to sobriety.

I have mixed feelings about this book.

Known as "Knuckles," he was famous for his propensity to fight. The Grim Reaper: The Life and Career of a Reluctant Warrior But his fearlessness made his NHL career but also got him into a lot of trouble in life. I'm 50 years old and as a kid, I idolized Nilan. Many of our hockey enforcers have exited the game and turned to drugs and alcohol.although I support fighting in hockey I firmly believe that there is evidence in the need for the NHL to continue to watch over these individuals at the end of your careers.
