It's definitely a higher caliber than BE. Didn't even want to buy a THING! Don't waste your time selling here, just go to Buffalo Exchange down the street.
It is SUPER organized in my opinion and it was really easy to find sizes, styles, and colors. Maybe you can find something to buy but I didn't.I called today, asked a question, and I was placed on hold for over 23 minutes. Exact opposite of Crossroads.Nice selection of clothing and accessories. When I saw that 90% of my bag was rejected, I asked if there was a problem and was given the impression that the clothes were too big for the store (I'm a 1x/2x) and they preferred "on trend" pieces. I walked out with THE most incredible bikini AND strapless one piece. That was the very first thing I picked up. I got there at 11:20, and left at 12.Waited two hours for them to go through my stuff. This information has been passed along to our Sell by Mail Manager, and she will reach out to you to provide assistance. An anti-mask protestor tried to shop today at Crossroads Trading consignment store in Costa Mesa (a city in Orange County, CA still requiring masks in public spaces). 3 others check in ahead of me. The selection is pretty good, with tops and bottoms that will definitely convince you to grab at least a couple items.
The staff members are nice and better presented than BE, plus They seem to deal with a wider range of designers and labels from Theory, Forever 21, Alice and Olivia to Balenciaga. Wack af.I had to come back and change my review due to what happened today. Compare pay for popular roles and read about the team’s work-life balance. Prices again are very much like Buffalo Exchange and sometimes even cheaper. The buyer a prissy Blk queen knows nothing bout fashion He did not know what Costume Nationale is or that SportMax is a MaxMara brand.
I had really expensive items to sell and I think I got a 10% return on them. Find the clothing stores near you and come say hello! Please note: if you are having any difficulty accessing our site, we invite you to contact us with feedback and concerns at comments@crossroadstrading.com.
My bf took me on a shopping spree here after I purchased a few items and told him the items were the best quality and most…""If you're looking for perfect fit, different style this place literally has it all.…""I heard horrible reviews about this place. I'm just going to say this is severely disappointing.I feel like for second hand clothes the prices were still pretty expensive.

If you'd like to share any more details for them to look into, feel free to reach out to us directly at I mailed two bags filled with new with tags or almost never worn designer clothes and shoes a year ago. Walk back. I've been going to the store to sell and buy for almost 2 years. I've also been hoarding a bunch of pre-prego clothes with the hopes of one day fitting back into them...well my youngest are 5 and my oldest is 10 so I think it's time to let that ish go like I did my twenties!! Love the censorship!! I live in the upper west side and spent half an hour and a $20 Uber going down to the Chelsea location with a huge/heavy suitcase full of clothes and shoes to sell. The first time I went to crossroads was 6-8 weeks ago; I was having lunch across the street notice the store and went in. Shopping available during all store hours. After waiting for more than a year and called numerous times, in the final call, they said they would only give me USD 55. Sale rack tends to have cute things, just make sure there's no holes or deodorant marks!I've been here as a buyer and as a seller and both experiences were mostly disappointing. Reading through some of the other reviews, it sounds as though condescending a-hole is the norm for employees at this location. I had a serious issue with the Panorama location back in March 2016. And I think their flawed buying system is exactly why the shopping experience is such a let down.
