Almost every single weapon is absolutely amazing if you get the right ele, CritX / lucky, and + projectiles.The only gun I can't seem to do well with is the Shrieker. I agree that it is an absolute beast of a weapon.The one thing that made the Prism edge it out in my opinion is just how easy it is to scale the Kunai with Occult Scrolls and Ascensions on both characters. The frenzied shark and bone dragon are A tier for Dog, but pretty mediocre for Cat. So things like preemptive strike where you get bonus damage for first bullet of the magazine is nuts. best.
