He also recommended me to take proceieve (and my boyfriend too) and CoQ10 600mg (I was only on 100mg). Does anyone have any success stories with diminished ovarian reserve?
Dublin I’m not sure I completely trust her.
This time I decided that I'd cut out alcohol completely, no more glass of wine after a stressful day, no more coffee, no refined carbs (rice, pasta, bread, not even a bloody potato etc). I'm only 33, but they only retrieved 5 eggs, 3 fertilized. All you need is one good one!!!! I have DOR but I'm nearly 41 so I also may have quality issues. its very hard! The 4th stayed at 6 cells and will most likely not go any further tomorrow. MyI OBGYN told me my only chance was IVF. Fingers crossed we all get our BFP's soon xx Sorry to hear you're going through a stressful time.
Success stories like these are amazing. We are good!!! I had 8 weeks from the start of my diet cleans until my transfer on Monday. How have you found Gennet?
Although I am getting a third opinion on Friday :)I did keep the hope during, it only takes one but we were left sad. I'm scared I will grow a beard!! Oh getting closer!!! From in vitro fertilization (IVF) to egg donation, CCRM's science across the full spectrum of fertility helps families achieve their dreams of having a baby.
Best of luck with everything, I'm 33 and it's tough when you expect everything to be okay at this stage. Really hope this cycle gets you your BFP, you deserve it so much.
I was told by my doctor to take HGH ( human growth hormone injections), LDN, DHEA, Fish oil, Ovasitol and prenatals.... i've been on them for 2 months now and going back for another round of IVF in April. Definitely try the DHEA I have been on it for the last 3 months it is supposed to really help. I'm heading to Gennet this week with transfer next week fingers crossed all goes well this time.
I was told in the first clinic I didn't need DHEA as my testosterone levels were high but when I took a testosterone blood test in the second clinic they actually were low. My first round of IVF was 250mg of hormones and I only injected for a week. This action cannot be undone. Are you sure you want to delete your comment? After our first failed ivf we are wondering if we are fighting a losing battle.
I had a failed IVF cycle in October.
Pray, pray, pray! We are so excited to have a baby in the house regardless and if given the opporunity we would love to adopt. RollerCoaster.ie accompanies you on this exciting journey. I had decided to take three months out from that cycle but after that conversation I decided to go again sooner. I hope for lovely families for all of us ans wish everyone lots of luck xxx I actually changed clinic and I am so glad I did. foster to adopt is so exciting! I think it'd be too coincidental to think that it didn't have an effect considering it was my 5th go and so different. Please keep me posted!!!! My husband and i have a few issues. Even though this can feel so so shit a lot of the time, we will be mothers and this will give us the strength to be brilliant ones. According to the Center for Human Reproduction about 10% of women suffer diminished ovarian reserves (DOR) prior to the age of 40.
