i wore a green shirt with a bright blue cami under it with a bright orange vest then i would wear diff knee socks with shorts and then a belt on those shorts that completely clashes with what you're wearing. It is completely contrary to the normal ideas that we have about clothing and style. !
You can have a rainbow haircut or large spikes. and then add crazy costume jewelry and do your hair really funny and uneven (like 1 pigtail, 1 braid, or anyother wierd ways) with funny scrunchies or ribbonsfor shoes: may i suggest to not wear 2 diff kinds of shoes...its very uncomfortable and bad for your body.
