I Phantom has a vague concept album feel to it in that each song flows into the next and each story presented is somewhat influenced by what preceded it.

Mr. Lif released his first single, Elektro, in 1998, attracting the attention of labels Grand Royal and Definitive Jux.

The D-side of this record is especially hot - starting off with "Iron Helix", Lif and his collaborators deliver what is basically one continuous flow broken up into three tracks for the convenience of the listener, rather than three thematically different tracks.
