The society takes an active part in the development of co-operation with Russia and Nordic countries and European Union within the Baltic and Barents Sea region projects. We are experts in the employment, services and education of children and youth with disabilities. KSL's educational activities are courses, study circles, vocational further training and qualifications in arts and craft. Its members voluntarily study the Russian language, tour around the country, organize concerts, friendship evenings, evenings devoted to special occasions, lectures, gather the humanitarian help etc. Innovating through networking Pand is first group that started to take art and culture as a part of NGO work in Finland. Active networking in Finland and abroad is the basis of our work.
