Not too sure about progression, as the main bulk of the work is in the US, so would have to move if you want to climb the ladder (also, they seem to employ from the US for senior roles).a great company to work for. My only 2 downfalls are the minimal pay which is very hard to live on and the fact that they take on so many interns and train them up but then there are no entry level jobs for them to move on from.
